Your magazine cover looks like its aimed at teens, because of the font. For professionalism I'd give your cover 2/5 as its not completed yet. Your page layout is pretty good, the central image stands out a lot and the font of the title looks attractive and brilliant :) EBI: You still need to include flashes, the word FREE, images (could be of celebs or technology etc) and maybe add the Facebook and twitter signs at the bottom.
